Hidrofob® M
Silicone façade protective coating
Characteristics and purpose:
Hidrofob M is a colourless silicone coating intended for long-standing protection of facing brick, marble, stone, sprayed, hammer peened façades, etc. Against atmospheric impact, efflorescence and microorganisms.
Application mode:
Prior to use, shake thoroughly Hidrofob M. In order to achieve long-lasting protection, substrate onto which Hidrofob M is applied must be dry, clean and free of dust and grease. It is applied onto façade by brush, roller or spray device. On very porous surfaces apply Hidrofob M in two coats on principle “wet to wet”.
Application temperature:
From +5°c to +30°c
Consumption:
From 0.2 to 0.5kg/m2, depending on substrate porosity and roughness.
Shelf-life:
12 months in original, well closed and undamaged package at temperature from +5°c to +25°c, protected against direct sunlight.
Sanikril®
Acrylic water dispersion for isolation of stains
Characteristics and purpose:
Sanikril is an acrylic primer for blockage, and/or isolation of stains which are water-soluble, such as tobacco, soot stains, stains caused by leakage or flood. Sanikril is applied onto dry and clean plastered, skimmed surfaces and gypsum cardboard panels in the interiors, both wall, and ceiling. Sanikril is not efficient if foul surfaces have previously been treated with similar agents which are not water-based. After drying, surfaces treated with Sanikril must be mandatory treated with Maxidis dispersion paint, in two coats.
Application mode:
Surfaces to be coated should be free of dust, grease, crumbly parts and old coatings. Prior to use, dilute maxikril with water in ratio 1:3 (to one part of sanikril add three parts of water). Apply by brush, roller or spray device. Drying time is 8 hours at room temperature. Wash tools with water immediately after use.
Application temperature:
From +5°c to +35°c
Consumption:
From 50 to 75g/m2, depending on substrate roughness and permeability.
Shelf-life:
12 months in original, well closed and undamaged package at temperature from +5°c to +25°c, protected against direct sunlight.
Maxicid®
Agent for elimination of wall algae and mould
Characteristics and purpose:
Maxicid is a coating with addition of special fungicide and algaecide. It is used for elimination of wall algae and mould on interior wall surfaces. It affects the most known species of wall algae and mould, and after treatment with Maxicid, green algae completely lose colour.
Application mode:
Prior to use, shake thoroughly Maxicid! Apply by roller or brush onto surfaces that are visibly in-fected with mould and algae, and surfaces suspected to be infected. Effect time of applied Maxicid to the infected surfaces, prior to applying the paint, is minimum 24 hours. Remove de-stroyed mould and mildew in a dry manner (without using water) from treated surface. If parts of the wall are more infected, repeat the procedure. Afterwards, coat the surface with Maxidis f, a fungicide dispersion paint. Wash tools with water immediately after use.
Application temperature:
From +5°c to +35°c
Consumption:
0.1–0.2kg/m2, depending on the infection level, substrate roughness and permeability.
Shelf-life:
12 months in original, well closed and undamaged package at temperature from +5°c to +25°c, protected against direct sunlight.
Maxi® color
Shading pigments for interior wall surfaces
Characteristics and purpose:
Maxi colour is a liquid pigment for shading dispersion paints for interior walls, up to pastel shades. It is not used for shading paints on mineral substrate. It is used only for shading interior paints. It is produced in colours: yellow, white, ocher, orange, red, purple, green, blue, brown and black.
Application mode:
Prior to use, shake thoroughly a bottle with maxi colour, and admix it into the paint manually or by electric mixer. Maximum dosing is 3 toners on 25kg of paint.
Shelf-life:
12 months in original, well closed and undamaged package at temperature from +5°c to +25°c, protected against direct sunlight.
