Maxisil® SN

Silicone primer

Characteristics and purpose:

Maxisil sn is a silicone primer used for impregnation of cement and cement-lime façade surfaces prior to application of silicone paints or decorative silicone plasters. Surfaces coated with Maxisil SN are less absorbent, uniformly painted and have improved adhesion of final ma-terials.

Application mode:

Surfaces to be coated should be of mineral origin, load-bearing, dry, free of dust, grease, crumbly parts and old coatings. Prior to use, dilute Maxisil SN with water in ratio 1:1. Apply by brush, roller or spray device. Drying time at optimum conditions is minimum 12 hours. Wash tools with water immediately after use.

Application temperature:

Optimum application temperature is from +10°c to +25°c. The product must not be used at working temperatures below +5°c, as well as during the rain, fog, strong sunshine and wind. Freshly applied surfaces must be protected against external impacts for minimum 24 hours.

Consumption:

From 100 to 150g/m2 depending on substrate roughness and absorption.

Shelf-life:

12 months in original, well closed and undamaged package at temperature from +5°c to +25°c, protected against direct sunlight.

Maxisil® ST

Silicate primer

Characteristics and purpose:

Maxisil st is a silicate primer used for impregnation of cement and cement-lime façade surfaces prior to application of silicate paints or decorative silicate plasters. Surfaces coated with maxisil st are less absorbent, easy for painting and have improved adhesion of final materials.

Application mode:

Surfaces to be coated should be of mineral origin, load-bearing, dry, free of dust, grease, crumbly parts and old coatings. Prior to use, dilute maxisil st with water in ratio 1:1. Apply by brush, roller or spray device. Drying time at optimum conditions is minimum 24 hours, and/or 48 hours depending on weather conditions.

From 100 to150g/m2, depending on substrate roughness and absorption.

Shelf-life:

12 months in original, well closed and undamaged package at temperature from +5°c to +25°c. Keep out of children's reach and sunlight.

Rologrund®

Rough acrylic prime coating

Characteristics and purpose:

Rologrund is a rough acrylic prime coating, microreinforced with synthetic fibers and filled with quartz sand. It is used for priming the substrate prior to application of glue, levelling compounds, decorative plasters. Rologrund makes substrate rough, and/or increases its roughness which provides better adhesion for later application of materials. It is applied on smooth concrete surfaces, gypsum cardboard panels. It is especially recommended prior to application of roloakril. It is produced in white colour as well as shaded according to „plasters“ shade chart as well as in maximix system.

Application mode:

Surfaces to be coated should be load-bearing, dry, and free of dust, grease, crumbly parts and old coatings. Dilute Rologrund with water up to 10%, as necessary. Apply by brush or roller in one coat. Wash tools with water immediately after use. Drying time is minimum 12 hours.

From 140 to 160g/m2 depending on substrate roughness and absorption.

Shelf-life:

12 months in original, well closed and undamaged package at temperature from +5°c to +25°c, protected against direct sunlight.

Maxikril® hydrosol

Deep penetrating acrylic primer

Characteristics and purpose:

Maxikril hydrosol is a special deep penetrating acrylic coating. It is used for impregnation of highly absorbent mineral and concrete exterior and interior surfaces, as well as gypsum-cardboard panels. It is especially recommended for less hard surfaces prior to painting or prior to applying finish acrylic-based paints and decorative plasters. It penetrates deeply into substratum, makes it uniform, firm, increases its water resistance and improves adhesion of final mate-rials. Do not use maxikril hydrosol if silicate, silicone paints or silicate, silicone decorative plas-ters are applied for final works.

Application mode:

Surfaces to be coated should be load-bearing, dry, and free of dust, grease, crumbly parts and old coatings. Prior to use, dilute maxikril hydrosol with water in ratio 1:5. Apply by brush, roller or spray device. Drying time is 12 hours at room temperature. Wash tools with water immedi-ately after use.

Application temperature:

Optimum application temperature is from +10°c to +25°c. The product must not be used at workingtemperatures below +5°c, as well as during the rain, fog, strong sunshine and wind.

Consumption:

From 40 to 50g/m2 depending on substrate roughness and absorption.

Shelf-life:

12 months in original, well closed and undamaged package at temperature from +5°c to +25°c, protected against direct sunlight.

Maxikril® concentrate

Acrylic prime coat

Characteristics and purpose:

Maxikril is acrylic aqueous dispersion, extremely water resistant. It is used for impregnation of various substrates (brick, concrete, fibrous-cement substrates, etc.), prior to application of dispersion paints and decorative façade plasters. Maxikril concentrate is easy to apply, dries fast and impregnates substrate meeting high standards. Coated surfaces are uniform, less absorbent and improve adhesion of final materials. Dry applied film is colourless. Do not use maxikril concentrate if silicate, silicone paints or silicate, silicone decorative plasters are applied for final works.

Application mode:

Surfaces to be coated should be load-bearing, dry, and free of dust, grease, crumbly parts and old coatings. Prior to use, dilute Maxikril concentrate with water in ratio 1:9. Apply by brush, roller or spray device. Drying time is 6 hours at room temperature. Wash tools with water imme-diately after use.

Application temperature:

Optimum application temperature is from +10°c to +25°c. The product must not be used at workingtemperatures below +5°c, as well as during the rain, fog, strong sunshine and wind.

Consumption:

From 20 to 30 g/m2, depending on substrate roughness and absorption.

Shelf-life:

12 months in original, well closed and undamaged package at temperature from +5°c to +25°c, protected against direct sunlight.
